If desired, our project managers can coordinate the review process directly with your in-country colleagues while keeping you up-to-date on all developments.

    Our multilingual desktop publishing (DTP) specialists work in all major document publishing applications. You can expect translated documents that consistently and accurately reflect your originals in the format that best suits your needs.

    Quality Assurance and Certification

    All of our projects are proofed and edited. Linguistic and formatting reviews are also performed after the DTP stage to ensure that no errors have been introduced during the DTP process. All final translations are accompanied by a certification of accuracy.

    Project Management

    Our Project Managers are dedicated professionals who work with you and your customized translation team. They expedite the flow of work, ensure consistency from one project to the next by using the same translation teams and applying translation memory tools. They make sure that your projects are completed on time, and act as your liaison to our translation and DTP teams.

    Our Project Managers have a thorough knowledge of the translation and localization process as many are former translators and editors themselves.

    Web-based Account Management

    My Account, our online management service, lets you request new translations, download completed translations, check project status, and exchange messages  with our Project Managers 24 hours a day.
