Upon request, we will accommodate an in-country review cycle as part of our translation process. The purpose of the in-county review is to make sure that the translated documents are appropriate for the country’s needs, and that the preferred company-specific terminology is respected.
A successful review cycle will clearly define the reviewers’ role, setting strict deadlines for the review and keeping an open channel of communication between the reviewers and the translation teams. Ideally, the reviewers should be involved from the inception of the project, in order to approve key terminology and minimize the review time.
If desired, our project managers can coordinate the review directly with our clients’ in-country offices and colleagues. We have developed in-country review guidelines to facilitate this process.
