Junior Project Manager

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

• Impeccable written and oral English skills, plus fluency in at least one foreign language

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

• Highly motivated personality and good communication skills

• Excellent computer skills (experience with translation memory tools and/or layout applications preferred, but not required)

• Any previous experience in the translation field a plus

What the position entails:

• Coordinating simultaneously multiple translation projects, including pre-translation analysis and prepping of documents, scheduling and post-translation quality assurance (your main role)

• Liaising between end-clients and the production team (translators, editors, graphic designers, engineers, etc.), ensuring that open communication channels are maintained between all parties involved. Successfully completing projects on time, on budget and in keeping with Idem’s high-quality standards is of paramount importance.

• Providing assistance to Senior Project Managers

• Performing other administrative duties as required
