Summer Internship
 
What we are looking for:
  • Student in Translation & Localization Management
  • Excellent written and oral English skills, plus fluency in at least 1 foreign language (preferably native Spanish, German, French or English)
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office applications and Trados a must
  • Very detail oriented
  • Highly motivated, with good interpersonal skills
What the position involves:
  • Editing & Proofing of documents
  • Linguistic and Layout QA
  • Assisting Senior Project Managers with admin tasks: project prepping, maintaining and updating translation memories, filing, word counts, etc.

Medical & Scientific Freelance Translators

  • Translate into their native language only. 
  • 5+ years of translation experience in the field of Life Sciences (Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, Biomed, Biotech and Medical Devices).
  • Scientific university degree a plus.
  • University degree in translation.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (preferably Trados).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.

 
 
Translator Requirements
 
  • Translate into their native language only.
  • Specialists in at least one subject matter.
  • University degree in translation or subject matter area.
  • Five years of experience working in the translation and localization industry.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (preferably Trados).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.

 
 
Project Manager Requirements
 
  • At least three years of experience working in the translation and localization industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the translation process.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • University degree in translation or a related field.

 
 
Desktop Publisher Requirements
 
  • At least five years of experience with the major publication applications.
  • At least five years of experience creating original and multilingual versions of manuals, reference guides, brochures, packaging, labeling, newsletters, promotional materials, video presentations, animations, and audiovisuals.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Previous experience in the translation industry.
