Idem is among a small group of translation companies to have achieved triple certification with ISO 9001:2008, ISO13485:2004 and EN15038:2006 certification.

Our certification is proof that we consistently observe strict processes that are traced, measured, analyzed, and trended. We have also set in place tools and processes for ongoing measurement and improvement - the cornerstones of ISO certification.

In keeping with Idem’s open communication policy, we provide each client with 24-hour, confidential access to a project status report and their project files. During business hours, clients can reach our responsive team of project managers by e-mail or telephone to address any questions or concerns. We also conduct client satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.

We systematically track and record client feedback, and respond with documented corrective or preventive actions. This is another key element of our ISO certification.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has created a set of management rules and standards designed to ensure adherence to quality in a variety of industries.
